Orin Kidd: Pastor of World Missions

Dear Friends,

I am writing to let you know that Rosa and I will be leaving for West Papua, Indonesia on the 15th of this month and returning on the 17th of March.

Rosa will continue the editing process on the Kimyal New Testament along with Menas and Welega. Most of their time will be spent on the coast in Sentani. Of course, Rosa is hoping that they can get the translation to a place where it is ready to be submitted for printing, so you can be praying that the Lord will enable them to reach that goal. Watching Rosa work on this project is a constant reminder of just how big a task this really is.

I will be working on getting materials together for a number of projects that need to be done at Korupun in preparation for the Bible dedication we are hoping to have in November, or early next year. Not only do I want to get the materials together, but I am hoping also to get them flown into Korupun. If everything goes well, I will take a team of three or four men from the States to work on the projects at Korupun in September or October.

Some of my time will be on the coast with Rosa, but some of the time will be spent at Korupun as well. I am looking forward to seeing the people again and spending time with the Church leadership.

We again want to thank you for standing with us in this ministry, We could not do what we are doing in West Papua without the support you provided. You are truly a blessing form the Lord.

To the Praise of His Glory,
Orin
